Winter? Who wants to think about winter when it’s only just spring!?
Well, Body Art for one… Lately they’ve been dropping previews from their upcoming Autumn/Winter 2014 collection, and the guys over at www.deadgoodundies.com were kind enough to share their video preview with us.
For this collection Body Art is sticking to their daring designs with their signature see-through looks. It’s definitely worth a look!
From machinery to mineral fuel and electronics to automobiles, German engineering is in high demand around the world. While not the largest export in volume, one of Germany’s best, however, is its underwear. I recently tried styles from two brands influenced by German engineering, Manstore and Olaf Benz, both of which are sold on deadgoodundies.com. (Although I’ve seen some pieces from Olaf Benz on American websites, Deadgoodundies carries a much broader selection.) True – there are plenty of briefs from the United States and other countries, made of distinct fabrics and featuring distinct styling, there is something about the German engineering in these briefs that set them apart.
This will be a two-part review starting with the MANstore Retro brief. We will post the Olaf Benz review same time next week. So check back in next Thursday to get our thoughts on this brief as well.
Although the brand name, Manstore, makes me think of a website where I have to confirm that I’m over 18 before I enter, it is actually a well established underwear line. Their offerings, however, are definitely adult rated. I tried one of its tamer styles, the Manstore Retro Brief. The brief features retro styling with contrast piping around the waistband and seams, but the low-rise cut is particularly modern. The brief also features full coverage in the back. The combination of the retro and the modern is very flattering. I wish, however, that the pouch were a little more contoured and comfortable.
The brief is made of a 92% polyester/8% elastane blend that felt a little more rubbery than I would have preferred; although the brief is very light and thin and featured sort of a cool sheen, it didn’t feel completely soft against my skin for some reason. Also, the color – brown with tan contrast – wasn’t my favorite. That said, I liked that there was no pretense behind the synthetic fabric other than the sexy look and feel.
|Style and look?||Low cut brief featuring unique retro styling and a distinct fabric.|
|Suitable for?||Relaxed environments; date nights; being seen.|
|Fit and quality?||Low-cut with a comfortable pouch; good quality polyester/elastane blend|
|Is the price right?||Approximately $41.77 which seems a little high.|
|Best thing about it?||The retro styling updated with a modern cut and fabric.|

N2N Bodywear is a long-standing favorite of ours when it comes to the American underwear market. Over the year the cheeky brand has been a permanent top 3 contender, fending off other huge fashion brands – in our humble opinion.
Today we’re lucky enough to bring you a set of photos featuring
Greek gods male underwear models, Tony Gracci and TJ Foley. The photo set below was produced by the super pro team over at Island Male Graphics. You should definitely go check out their site.
If you’re loving the undies below or just want to know more about our Los Angeles-based favorite, head over to www.n2nbodywear.com to see more. If you hurry you can still save up to 60 % on selected N2N undies as their New Years sale is coming to an end.
Enjoy the pics, guys!
We recently received a bunch of new photos featuring some of the underwear maker’s latest ranges – which as always carry their signature look of very little fabric.
The masuline model, DW Chase (photographer is Cedric Terrel) is actually an excellent choice for such skimpy underwear. He succeeds in making it look less scary to wear those tiny undies, which include styles such as a c-string, the lateral thong, the rift bikini, the kini and the invisible trunk.
Head over to www.petitq.net to see more and find a retailer near you.
Have a great weekend, guys!
aussieBum is back on GUB!
Not that they were ever gone – we always keep a close eye on our aussie undies favorite.
We thought you guys could do with a dose of Australian underwear extravaganza – Magic Mike style!
You’ll see what we mean from the video clip…
The new range is called FLASH – and it is – flashy. These undies scream attitude with its flashy waistband. We love that. The range includes some fun cuts, like a thong, bikini brief and jockstrap.
As always, the aussieBum FLASH are quite affordable. Bikini briefs are $29 USD, the jockstrap is little cheaper.
Enjoy the pics and go to www.aussiebum.com to shop.

Our favorite Greek men’s underwear brand, Modus Vivendi, is once again introducing a new line of exotic men’s underwear. And we have all the info – and the best pictures.
This time they’ve labeled the new range “Festive”, and it is indeed. Bright colors and a signature star print are the simple trade mark design features of this line.
But of course, as always with Modus Vivendi, really it is the very distinctive cuts and fabric choices that steal the spotlight. These babies are made from full-on velvet, guys! A perfect Christmas item, don’t you think?
The festive mini (bikini) briefs, briefs, and jockstrap range between $26 and $36 USD.
Check out the entire range over at www.e-modusvivendi.com.
We love it!
“It is now time to give back to men the sexy underwear they have been craving for…” Eric Boisvert, president of Gregg Homme, announced today. “The men of today have stronger needs to seduce and they have the guts to express it: they are ready to move up one notch and it’s exactly where we are taking them.” he continues.
And so Gregg Homme introduce their newest collections which are all about sex, seduction, teasing, and revealing.
With collection names like SCANDAL, TEASE, STEAM and KINK (to name a few), it is no secrets that Gregg Homme will succeed in a field that they master quite well: making men’s blood pressure go up (or it is their partner’s?).
The “piece de resistance” is irrefutably the XCESS collection: an ultra fine gauge microfiber (goodbye fabric, hello second skin!) with a low cut front pouch enhanced with three light metal alloy X’s. Making a statement was never made that easy.
Trims and details complete this most unique new collection: innovative zippers, straps, buckles and strategically placed transparencies bring the styling and design to unparalleled zeniths. Gregg Homme surely delivers in the accesory department.
Zippers, straps and buckles really are the new black in men’s underwear fashion this fall, huh?
Well, we like it.

A few days ago, N2N Bodywear had their yearly Erotic Fashion Show at Micky’s in West Hollywood. Here, some of the hottest male underwear models showed off N2N underwear, loungewear, activewear and eroticwear.
The video just came out, and that’s quite lucky for all us unfortunate souls who are not blessed with an address in sunny California. For it is FILLED with gorgeous undies. 6 minutes and 42 seconds of one sexy pair of N2N underwear after another.
Seriously, sometimes I forget how many hot styles the Los Angeles-based men’s underwear brand has under its name. And they’re all represented in the video: Briefs, bikni briefs, sport briefs, singlets, jockstraps, boxers, trunks.
You MUST check out the video below.
Some of my favorite styles in the clip below include – naturally – the briefs, but I’m also strangely fascinated by those low-rise jammer-type runner pants. By the way, the runner pants range between $38 and $46 USD.
Also, if you’re a N2N fan, you should check out their current clearance sale where you can get selected styles for as little as $10 USD.
Go to www.n2nbodywear.com to shop and see more pictures.
But first, feast your eyes on the 2011 N2N fashion show video.
We’re rounding up this week with the introduction of Ukranian men’s underwear brand, m8Mate.
That’s right, Ukranian! It seems like the European underwear scene is coming out strong this year. Remember, just a few weeks ago we introduced you to Bluebuck, a new British label with lots of attitude.
Created by a group of young Ukrainian designers, m8mate offers a range of basic cuts including regular briefs, low-rise briefs, and square cuts – as well as swim wear.
m8mate’s design philosophy seems characterized by clean, solid bright colors, which will appeal to many. From the looks of what we’ve seen so far, m8mate seems to be a fine alternative for your collection of basic underwear for everyday purposes.
A typical pair of m8mate briefs is USD $16.80.
Check out the entire range at www.m8mate.com.
Happy Sunday, guys!
