The GUB Grind II – pictures and video!

Hello all you underwear lovers out there! On April 13th we held our second GUB Grind, an underwear fashion show and auction that raised money for Colorado Springs Pride.
This year was even better than last year! First off because we didn’t hold it during a blizzard. We had over 100 pair of underwear donated from Jake Joseph, MeUndies.com, MusclePix, UnderBriefs.com, and a few of our favorite erotic stars; Scott Spears and Jace Tyler. We also had some donations from a local vendor, Naughty and Nice, located in Old Colorado City. We had some great volunteers and models who made the event a success, plus they looked good in undies too.
First off MusclePix decked the club out with 2’x3’ vinyl posters from the GUB original photo collection. The club looked great! Plus we had the beats of DJ Jer to dance to and the models to strut to. Although at one point during the fashion show “short man” came on, I don’t think our models fit that song, haha. We also had a few great guest hosts; Kyree Myst and Beyanna J Banks. Of course we had a GREAT venue, Club Q in Colorado Spring. After the whole thing I danced the night away with the models till like 3am!
Second we had our silent auction with a bunch of great undies going for really good prices. We even had a few signed photos and underwear from Scott Spears. His underwear was designed for him to wear in a fashion show in Palm Springs. And yes we auctioned off the actual underwear he wore. Sexy Jace Tyler also donated a pair of his underwear that he personally signed and included an autographed picture. Plus he shared a photo of him self biting these undies!
Of course the highlight of the night was the Fashion Show. Here we had our five beautiful models showing off the hot undies we had donated to us: Chris, Jordon, Michael, Nick, and Solomon. We had three separate shows with three themes: Sports, Formal, and Hawaii. After each show we then brought the models back on stage and auctioned the underwear right off them! We had underwear going for up to $45. Funny thing was the highest bidders seemed to be the ladies. It’s good to see women are interested in a man in, or out, of quality undies.
The night was a huge success and we were able to raise over $1,000 for Colorado Springs Pride and their fight for equality! Civil Unions just became legal in Colorado as of May 1st, next step Marriage Equality! Good job Colorado. Next year the GUB Grind is going to be HUGE!!! Really HUGE!!! More info on that later.

No Pants Subway Ride 2013. Pics and video.

The No Pants Subway Ride happening has been taking place since 2002 and is coordinated by the organization, Improv Everywhere.
This year was no different with metros and subways across the world flooded by bold subway riders showing off a multitude of gorgeous undies.
The event took place this past Sunday, January 13, and we have gathered a few photos from all over the globe, as well as the official video from Improv Everywhere.

A couple of weeks ago we introduced you guys to the exquisite, New York-inspired underwear brand, KEN WROY.
Now we got some great new pics featuring a recent underwear fashion show where KEN WROY was featured.
Popular party organizer Samnjo showcased the designer brand at the grunge scenario of Griffin, NYC. The evening of October 18th had 7 hot models, each walking in the 7 funky pieces of the collection.
After a moment of ‘OooH’ pause, the women and men didn’t hesitate to get close to the underwear models & the cameras clicked for the next 3 hours, while the champagne poured alongside.
Some lucky contest winners went home in cool pairs of KEN WROY and others made a note to get trendy with their unmentionables.

Universal Gear in-store underwear fashion event on September 27th!

Testing men’s performance underwear – on a rollercoaster!

So, British newspaper, the Sun, recently ran a fun little article, testing performance underwear men in a quite unusual way…
They summoned a bunch of fit male models and teamed up with Thorpe Park to send send the models on Britain’s most extreme new rollercoaster, The Swarm, in just athletic undies.
G forces beyond your wildest dreams along with terrifying twists and turns — proven to have the same effect on the body as a game of high-impact sport — it was the ideal setting for an extreme underwear test.
And the models took no less than 3 turns!
The result? The winning pair of undies – with a perfect score of 10/10 – were the Sloggi Active Long Length Boxers, available over at DeadGoodUndies.com at just $25 USD.

First came the annual No Pants day where subway riders across the world strip to their undies while commuting to work.
Great initiative that’s catching on in more and more cities each year.
This trend of parading around in your underwear in public now seems to b spreading. Leading up to today’s New York City Triathlon, yesterday hundreds of men, women – and more than a couple super heroes – put on their finest undies and ran through Central Park.
And we have both video footage and pictures from the event.
Enjoy guys, and have a fun Sunday. And good luck to you, should be taking part in the Triathlon.

The GUB Grind – THIS SATURDAY!

It’s almost here! Our very first GUB Grind extravaganza! Am I implying a second? Who knows.
But now this Saturday February 11th, 2012 at Club Q in Colorado Springs will be the GUB Grind Underwear Party! Come join us in your best, hottest undies. We have over 50 pairs of underwear and other great prizes to be won; including Adam Coussins’ autographed underwear.
You will also have a chance to get your GUB Tank Tops sporting the phrase “Show Me Your Underwear” (as seen in the picture).
We will have 5 fashion shows showcasing several high quality brands of the best in men’s underwear. We will also have a game show on stage you can be a part of entitled “Nut Huts and Butt Huggers” where you can will some great, fun and a few ridiculous prizes.
The event will be hosted by Valdamar, associate editor of the Guys Underwear Blog and CiCi D’Ore. At midnight, for our women’s underwear lovers, we will also have a live womans underwear contest, so ladies come out in your best underwear as well.
All proceeds are going toward the Colorado Springs Pride Center. It’s going to be a blast!

The male underwear model car wash video you’ll never forget!

Let’s start with some numbers… Andrew Christian released this epic video a week ago, and already the YouTube friendly version has gotten 700,000 views!!
It’s official, the men’s underwear brand’s latest video has gone viral!
When you watch it below, you’ll see why.
Dressed in nothing but skimpy, micro modal Andrew Christian Air Sculpt Briefs a string of male underwear models soap each other up (and the car) in a “classic” semi nude car wash scene.
It’s not porn… but it’s close.
The video clip – lasting a full 3 minutes in the YouTube friendly version – was so raunchy that it had to be toned down for YouTube.
If you want to check out the unrated version, visit the Andrew Christian website, though it’s hard to contemplate how they could possibly make it any raunchier than what’s already on YouTube.
Anyway, major props to Andrew Christian for causing such a viral stir and some showcasing great-looking briefs. Could they be the new rulers of the men’s underwear video scene? aussieBum, you better watch out…

Our favorite Spanish underwear brand, ES Collection, posted this video a few days ago on their Facebook page – and we just had to share it with you guys!
If you’re on of those guys who dig showing off your underwear in public, you’ll love the theme of this video. And we know you’re out there, we saw thousands of guys in just their underwear the other day, celebrating No Pants Day 2012.
The ripped male underwear models hit the mall and roamed the halls in nothing but their skimpy ES Collection undies.
You can literally feel the heat rising as video progresses.
