Minimalist underwear for men: The latest promo pics from Petit-Q

We first got acquainted with Petit-Q about a year and a half ago when we were intrigued by the brand’s minimalist approach to men’s underwear.

We recently received a bunch of new photos featuring some of the underwear maker’s latest ranges – which as always carry their signature look of very little fabric.

The masuline model, DW Chase (photographer is Cedric Terrel) is actually an excellent choice for such skimpy underwear. He succeeds in making it look less scary to wear those tiny undies, which include styles such as a c-string, the lateral thong, the rift bikini, the kini and the invisible trunk.

Head over to www.petitq.net to see more and find a retailer near you.

Have a great weekend, guys!

Thongs fans will love this: Croota launches new sexy ranges

Thongs fans everywhere, this one’s for you.

Croota is actually becoming a real force within the men’s thong category, selling out time and time again. This is said to be the reason why Croota Underwear (www.croota.com) is launching two new pairs, “45 Degree” and “Croota Endless.”

The initial promo pics show some classic, sexy designs typical of the Australian brand.

“45 Degree” thongs ($17.90) come in two color variations, Mocha Brown and Copen Blue. The dramatic linear design details complement any physique and emphasize the pouch area. The prints are also available in the “45 Degree” boxer brief range ($19.50) that was simultaneously launched. Each range is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex.

“Croota Endless” thongs ($17.90) feature endless comfort in a scrambled mix of letters that spell the brand name. Inspiration for the design came after Croota’s head designer joined a friend to a spelling bee and soon had dreams of puffy floating letters suspended in a sea of powder white and ensign blue, the two color choices for the range. The same color choices and patterns are available in the “Croota Endless” boxer short range ($21.90).

For more information about Croota Underwear or to make a purchase, please visit www.croota.com.

Enjoy the pics.

Behind the scenes underwear video: Upcoming HOM styles + Bruno Banani, Doreanse and Ergowear

Our friends over at DeadGoodUndies.com have put together this awesome video preview of the new seasonal collection from HOM men’s underwear along with existing ranges of swimwear and underwear from the likes of Bruno Banani, Doreanse and Ergowear.

We’ re quite excited about the new HOM styles – really, this brand is probably one of the best in the world when it comes to bikini style briefs.

Modelling for DGU on that day was the epic Stuart Hatton Junior  and the charismatic Mark Allen. Videography was provided by Simon Davies of Buzz Studios.

We have to say, this is one of the more interestingly produced behind-the-scenes styled underwear videos in a while, mainly due to the high level of production quality, but also the inclusion of many high def closeups makes this video recommendable.

Enjoy!

Hope you enjoy!

Gregg Homme Hot Shot: An Xpress Review by the Guys’ Underwear Blog

By Valdamar

Once again I have the tough job of reviewing one of the world’s leaders in sexy men’s underwear Rough job right? I am ALWAYS thrilled when I get the assignment to try out anything from Gregg Homme.

Gregg Homme always finds new ways to make our underwear interesting, sexy and fun plus they have this uncanny way of bringing out the sexy beast inside men in that 007 suave, sexually confident kind of way.

From the moment I opened my package and looked at my new deviant red Hot Shot undies I was in love! How could any man wear these and not feel his juices flowing. They are HOT!

First of all the front is just a marvel of engineering, yes I am comparing it to a piece of architecture. It looks like a cage you’d see motorcycles spinning around in at the circus. The pouch is made up of two pieces of a thin stretchy yet sturdy fabric; I’ll get to that in a second.

It’s held in place over your bits by a series of 46 elastic bands and 24 metal rings. Now you see what I mean by architecture! And to top it all off just above the pouch is a metal tag with “Gregg” engraved on it to show that you have on some quality goods. The front looks amazing! It is really sexy in a very masculine way.

The fabric is 76% polyamide and 24% spandex, so it’s extremely form fitting and light. Your goods contained in this super comfy soft pouch are definitely outlined so that you give your admirers a little tease. The sides give you a caged look which says “I am no vanilla kind of man”. It is definitely a pair of underwear that needs to be seen. How could anyone turn you down in this?

The back of the underwear is what’s often called the “cheeky” look It’s part brief in that the top half is covered and full yet the bottom half is a thong allowing your lower buttocks to be exposed. It’s made with the same material as the pouch. Personally I have always found this look to be a little feminine. However, if you have a nice butt it can be a really manly appealing look. The fact that it is a touch more sensual in a “lighter” way than the front gives it a great contrast. This also enhances its carnal draw. It takes a bold, daring man with a confident attitude to pull off wearing this underwear. And honestly what’s sexier than that?

I wore the Hot Shot just as normal everyday underwear and it wasn’t too bad. Again I have never been a fan of thongs so had to get used to the thong bottom half. Of course the one exception is the Gregg Homme Glam Thong, check out that past review, it’s the only thong I love!

But again it wasn’t bad, you thong lovers wouldn’t mind. I could feel the caged sides but they weren’t uncomfortable. I wore it all day without any issues. Of course this isn’t underwear you buy to wear running errands, but you could. It is a good quality and even though it has that light delicate feel it can live up to a day of a man’s use. Thank you Gregg Homme for this amazing pair of underwear!

What Verdict
Style and look? Dangerously sexy! Gives you a fetish type of appeal and the back accentuates that naughty side of you.
Suitable for? Made to be seen, great for a hot date or to show off at a party or club if you’re daring enough.
Fit and quality? The fit is great due to the fabrics ability to mold to your body so well. The quality is great.
Is the price right? They go for $60.95 at Gregg Hommes site. So they are an expensive pair of underwear. As I’ve said before Gregg Homme is gourmet underwear and it’s nice to have a little luxury once in a while.
Best thing about it? The look. I LOVE the way the front gives you a caged look, SO SEXY.
Overall grade ★★★★✩
