When we were first introduced to this updated version of Teamm8′s successful block brief it was through a bunch of super hot promotion pictures featuring French Foreign Legion recruit, Matt. April 30th, 2012Guys, the time has come where underwear fans like you and us must determine what pair of briefs is the absolute best on the market right now!
That’s right, it’s time to cast your votes so that we can find out which brief that will be Guys’ Underwear Blog’s official Brief of the Year 2012! Last year this great honor went to the 2(x)ist SLIQ brief.
Over the next 7 days we will introduce all the nominated briefs. These include 7 of the hottest-looking, best-fitting, superbly produced briefs available at the moment.
Which brief will win is entirely up to all you guys. All you have to do is cast vote in the poll below.

Sizzling hot new Teamm8 underwear campaign – Part 1
March 29th, 2012Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!
We have got sizzling hot news for you guys.
Teamm8 – one of our favorite Australian underwear brands of all time – is out with a new campaign. And BOY, can these guys shoot photos like few others.
Late last year we shared with you the FUTURE video featuring French Foreign Legion recruit Matt and shot and directed by the James Demetri.
Now we finally have the photo shoot featuring the 27year old French National, also shot by Demetri … we hope you like them!
An even mix of strength and masculine vulnerability, Teamm8 takes you on a deeper darker look into yourself with this shoot. Shot in a dingy dilapidated basement, the 27 year old channels his days in the Legion and shows us that the power and strength lie within.
Beautifully and graphically captured by the imitable James Demetri and featuring the Best Selling BLOCK BRIEF (which we LOVE here at GUB).

December 11th, 2011Teamm8 has always been a great source of fashionable men’s underwear with that special Australian touch.
They’ve also done some extraordinary campaigns to accompany their collections, most of which you can find here on Guys’ Underwear Blog. They simply are spectacular.
So our expectations are high for Teamm8′s just announced new campaign, called “Future”.
The single released picture promises well, as do the video snippet – both of which you can see below.
Film and shoot was handled by James Demitri and features ex French Foreign Legion recruit, Matt. Teamm8′s underwear models always have such unusual and interesting background.

August 13th, 2011If you’re a regular here on GUB, you may have noticed that we really like Teamm8, not just for their amazing undies, but also for their over-the-top, raunchy promo campaigns.
I mean, who can forget the alluring “Treat Yourself” campaign which had the underwear blog community buzzing this spring?
Teamm8 has a unique talent for creating beautiful pictorials that make us want to buy their underwear and head down to the gym to work on our abs instantly.
So, a few days ago the Teamm8 guys sent over a new set of photos featuring their athletic wear collection. It’s not quite underwear, I know, but I’m willing to bet you guys won’t mind one bit.
Shot by the brilliant James Demitri, the featured underwear model is 20 year old Tommy – an actual Teamm8 employee. If all Teamm8 employees look like this, I wouldn’t mind working there for free, ha!

April 27th, 2011Earlier this month Teamm8 released a bunch of promo pics for their latest men’s underwear campaign with the luring title, “Treat Yourself”.
And so we did. With great pleasure.
I might add that we thought the campaign was probably the best and hottest from Teamm8 to date.
Like so many of their fellow Australian underwear brands, Teamm8 are true masters of campaign spin. Just as their campaign was about to fade from our minds, they went ahead and released this video from the above-mentioned photo shoot.
And just like that Teamm8 is back on our radar. And we certainly don’t mind.

Directed and produced by New Yorkers, Victor Jeffreys II and CK Swett, these Brooklyn-based artists communicate their enthusiasm for life through film, sculpture, dance, speech, performance, song, short stories, and knock-em-down-drag-em-out parties with their friends.
“The guys produced a couple of audio versions for us but we love this fun voice message one the most … i think it’s brilliant!“, said Michal Nicolas, Director/Owner of teamm8.
Well, we love the video since it features our favorite Teamm8 undie, the Signature brief.

Ever since the Australian power brand stormed onto the underwear fashion scene it seems they’ve been going for raunchier and raunchier ads – with lots of success.
No doubt, we really like what they’ve done with their advertising this past year.
Of course, you can have the sexiest ads in the world but if the undies themselves are hopeless, it’s just no good. Luckily in the case of Teamm8, the undies are always top of line!
