McKillop underwear: An Xpress Review by Guys’ Underwear Blog

In the crowded marketplace of men’s underwear, it can be challenging to differentiate yourself from the competition. But some companies, likeMcKillop, do a fantastic job at this. Not only do they offer a wide range of appealing underwear, but they’re the only company I know of that has a Custom Department that will hand-craft underwear specifically according to your requests (extra large pouch, etc.). They also have a Concierge Desk that will send you a swatch of the fabric for $1, so you can feel it before you place an order! From a service perspective I’m truly amazed by McKillop.
For this review, I tried two pair of their underwear: One I loved and the other I liked. So let’s start with the former.
Traveler Brief: Minimalistic 2nd Skin Undies – I try on a lot of underwear, but it’s rare that I have a “wow moment”. Well, this pair did that for me. It offers the benefits of a low-rise bikini brief, but the back-side provides enough coverage and support so that the fabric will stay in place (unlike several other brands I’ve tried where the bottom portion of my rear doesn’t get fully covered by the fabric).
For a minimal brief, there are so many things I love about them. The fabric, 92% modal and 8% spandex, feels like ultra-soft cotton, but is more durable and will hold its shape over time. Adding to the comfort is the fact that that fabric is very thin, which makes it live up to the “2nd skin” name. The brief is designed to fit like a glove, providing support and always staying in place. And there’s virtually no waistband; there’s just an ultra-thin elastic band. My overall verdict for these is that they’re comfortable, sexy and great for every day wear.
Elevate/Rear Enhancing Brief – This is another unique pair of underwear…it’s basically a low-rise jock strap, but has fabric that covers the backside. And the name is definitely accurate because these briefs really do elevate the rear to make it look more fit and attractive.
Although you’ll be able to feel the rear elastic lifting/supporting your back side, the front pouch offers much more freedom. The pouch is comfortable, but I’d actually prefer a little more containment. Just be careful wearing these with slim-fit pants because your crotch may appear more prominent than you’re comfortable with.

Butt For You Boxer Briefs: An Xpress Review by Guys’ Underwear Blog

I’m constantly amazed at the variety of underwear in the marketplace that is designed to accentuate parts of the body. The majority of these focus on the crotch, but there are many of us out there that want the appearance of a fuller, rounder backside. For those of us in this category, Butt For You has a great product to check out.
Butt For You manufactures padded underwear that accomplishes two goals: an enhanced backside and additional comfort while sitting on hard surfaces. Their range of underwear consists solely of boxer briefs, but they’re available in seven different colors. The pads are good quality foam and the rest of the underwear is comprised of comfortable and breathable fabric that’s 95% combed cotton and 5% spandex. Another nice feature is that the brand name isn’t on the exterior of the product, so no one will know that you’re wearing padded underwear unless they look very closely or pat you on the butt.
Here’s how the product works: When selecting the underwear you want, you also select the size of the padding you’d like. The pads are available in two sizes (slim = 5/8” and regular = 7/8”) and can be inserted or removed as you choose. This is the only product on the market that I know of where you can adjust the rear padding!
So what’s it like to wear them? They’re comfortable and can provide added confidence and sex appeal if you want a rounder looking backside. If you have a very flat butt, you should probably opt for the regular size pads, but if you have a small butt that you just want to be a little rounder, go for the slim pads. I’m in the second category, so when I tried the regular size pads, I found them to be too large for me.
This underwear is a great choice not only for guys who want a rounder-looking rear end, but also for guys who feel uncomfortable when sitting on hard surfaces for a while (IE: long flights). And they’re well-made, so they should last a long time. The only thing I’d change would be to eliminate (or alter) the stitching on the crotch, but that’s it. These boxer briefs are definitely worth checking out.

Our first ever original men’s underwear photo shoot: “Under Thinking”

And here it is! Our very first original picture for the Guys’ Underwear Blog Gallery!
Photography was done for us by MusclePix of Colorado (Valdamar). Our model is Shane Diesel, relation to Vin is unknown, a body builder, model and all around great guy.
Underwear was provided by the wonderful aussieBum. Here Shane is wearing the lift enhancing WJPro Wonder Jock by AussieBum.
This was the first time Shane had ever worn a jock! EVER! And with AussieBums little lifting pouch inside it was great to see the look on his face as I handed him his wardrobe.
Shane has always been a boxer brief guy but after the briefs and jocks for this shoot he said “I’m switching from boxer briefs to [briefs]“.
He also mentioned his girlfriend was going to be happy about this change. I hope she enjoyed this jock as it was what he wore home after the shoot.

N2N 2011 Erotic Men’s Underwear Runway Fashion Show: The video.

A few days ago, N2N Bodywear had their yearly Erotic Fashion Show at Micky’s in West Hollywood. Here, some of the hottest male underwear models showed off N2N underwear, loungewear, activewear and eroticwear.
The video just came out, and that’s quite lucky for all us unfortunate souls who are not blessed with an address in sunny California. For it is FILLED with gorgeous undies. 6 minutes and 42 seconds of one sexy pair of N2N underwear after another.

Skivvies ManPower Enhancement Pouch Trunk – An Xpress review by Guys’ Underwear Blog

Today I am reviewing a completely new brand, Skivvies!
Actually, the brand is a spin-off adventure by one of the largest online men’s underwear stores, Skivviesmensunderwear.com.
The announcement of the new Skivvies underwear range had us all pretty excited here at GUB.
Why? Well, the online underwear retailers get their hands on more underwear from more brands than most avid undies fans like you and I. So I’m thinking, they must know have the best hands-on knowledge of what great underwear should look like, feel like, and cost.
About a month ago the new range was released and included a number of different trunk and brief cuts, most of which were in the bulge-enhancing category.
Smart move, because from what we hear, this category is by far the fastest-growing category in the underwear business. Recession may be upon us, but guys around the globe will apparently prioritize an impressive bulge over all else.
Naturally, we approve of this development, LOL.
Anyway, I was fortunate enough to get a sample of the Skivvies ManPower Enhancement Pouch Trunk for a review here on the blog.
It’s what I would call an aggressive bulge-enhancer suitable for everyday wear. And I don’t mean aggressive in any negative way. I’m simply referring to the technology employed to lift your package up and out. A technology that in no way disappoints.
Skivvies makes use of an elastic pocket-type container into which you fit your penis and balls – much like profile-enhancing undies from major brands like aussieBum and Andrew Christian.
Skivvies’ approach to adding lift is very effective and will have men of all “sizes” appear like well-endowed Adonises below the waist.
I was happy to notice that this lift feature, as well as the overall feel of the trunk, was surprisingly comfortable, which in no small way is probably due to the soft and stretchy 93% Polyester, 7% Spandex fabric mix.
The fabric and production quality is fine, and I would recommend that you follow the washing instruction (cold wash only) to preserve stretch, fit, and color the longest.
Overall, this is a very nice and satisfactory pair of underwear with amazing lift capabilities.
The Skivvies ManPower Enhancement Pouch Trunk indeed makes for a promising start for the Skivvies brand.
