So, we stumbled upon this video from fashion super brand Dolce & Gabbana…
It’s taken from their FW 2013 men’s fashion show which took place quite a while back. Somehow we missed it – probably because most of the show has nothing to with men’s underwear fashion.
However, if you skip directly to the 3:38 mark you’ll get peak at what these fashion gurus envision for men’s winter underwear wardrobe in 2013. And it’s special all right. Not sure it’ll catch on, but who knows…
Apparently, 2013 is supposed to be all about retro-styled, wild-west connoting high-waisted undies if these guys were in charge. One thing is for sure, though – it’s a fresh and different look, very unlike other designs we currently see out there.
Don’t expect these design ideas to go mainstream in this shape and form. It could be interesting, though, to see some type of distilled version of this kind of underwear, don’t you think?
It’s Australia days on Guys’ Underwear Blog and today we have a real treat for you.
It’s a hot new brand from our favorite country on the Southern hemisphere. Meet Oscar Franks.
Inspired by a truly classic man, Frank Sinatra, after winning an Oscar for his performance in the film ‘From Here To Eternity’.
The main goal at Oskar Franks is to provide environmentally sustainable garments for the everyday man.
We so respect that.
Whether it’s regular briefs, trunks or boxers for your day-to-day lifestyle, or maybe something extra luxurious for lounging around the house, you’ll find yourself more than mesmerized with what Oskar Franks has to offer.

For now, though, sit back and enjoy the gorgeous pictures and the video snippet below.
Looks promising, huh!
While hordes of men’s underwear fans around the world are still recovering from the Jockey underwear model star disappointment that is Tim Tebow, the otherwise renowned undies brand just got regained some plus points in our book with their latest promotion video.
When it comes to Jockey, though, we can’t stay disappointed too long. After all, this is the company that invented the modern brief!
Anyway, Jockey Underwear recently celebrated 135 years in the industry with its first stunning International Catwalk show at the Hospital Club in London.
Members of Europe’s fashion elite and media were in attendance to watch the brand head back to its roots, showcasing heritage pieces from when the company began in 1876, right through to a preview of some of Jockey’s most stylish collections for A/W 2011.
My guess is we won’t be seeing Tim wearing any of these “stylish” collections, either.
Jockey, go for someone like Michael Phelps next time. He’s got what it takes to beat the Nadals and Ronaldos out there.
Today’s blog post is the final installment in my series on the new ES Collection underwear ranges.
This video takes you behind the scenes of the photo shoot for ES Collection’s new 2011 Xtreme collection, scheduled for release in a few months.
It’s a diverse range including both briefs, long underwear, and a very hot singlet!! These singlet styles pop up once in a while, and I’m always weirdly fond of them… What do you think, hot or not?
Following up on my post yesterday on the UW men’s underwear show, today you get to go behind the scenes of the fashion show.
It’s quite cool to see how these male underwear models prepare for the show. It really looks like they’re having a lot of fun :)
PS. watch more pictures over at Finíssimo.
The video of the 2xist men’s underwear fashion show is the second in the series of four from the 2009 SoBe Men’s Show.
2xist, or more properly 2(x)ist, is all the way up there at the very top of the men’s underwear fashion hierarchy, and this shows why that is.
Now, what is it that 2xist does so well? First of all, this underwear brand has courage. Courage to embrace the full spectrum of underwear styles – and put them all on the runway. Even the more flashy and mainstream controversial ones like jockstraps and bikini briefs.
If you like the video below, don’t forget to see my previous blog post with a video of another 2xist underwear fashion show.
Looking for more on 2(x)ist? Watch the 2(x)ist ad that got banned from several major magazines!
Whatever you preference, 2xist’s got the underwear for you!
Some men’s underwear manufacturers (let’s not name names) only bring their mainstream styles, like briefs, boxer briefs, and boxers, to the fashion shows. But not 2xist.
It’s not until the full range of men’s underwear styles are shown on the runways that they will filter down to into the mainstream underwear fashion category. 2xist is a front runner when it comes to enriching the mainstream men’s underwear scene. Props for that!
2xist Surf Collection: Colorful underwear at reasonable prices
Second of all, 2xist has a clear cut focus. They know their strengths and how to exploit them. One of 2xist’s major strengths in terms of design is seen in their use of colors.
Other brands like Aussiebum and Ging Gonch excel at print designs, but 2xist takes the first prize when it comes to mixing up colors. Take a look at the new 2xist Surf Collection, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Oh, and one more thing. Unlike some men’s underwear fashion brands, like Andrew Christian, 2xist won’t set you back more than typically $14 for a pair of nice quality 2xist Surf briefs :)
Now, enough talk! Let’s get to the video. As you can imagine, every type of men’s underwear is on display (minus boxer shorts, but including long underwear), so I won’t even bother to mention them. Well done 2xist. Enjoy the video.
2(x)ist is all about fun and functional men’s underwear. See their new LIFT range, which promises to enhance both front AND back of your underwear.
