We follow like a gazillion underwear (and regular) fashion blogs and we give most of them a shout-out every now and then.

Today we bring your attention to the excellent fashion site that is Metrovelvet. Every so often they do some cool underwear posts, introducing the forthcoming underwear collections by some of the world’s most upscale designer brands.

A while back they introduced us to the 2013 Spring/Summer Punto Blanco men’s underwear collection. We’ve included a bunch of the pics below.

This collection was inspired in a break in our busy lives and opening the door to relaxation and leisure. To fill our weekend with comfort and freshness whether you are in the countryside or on the beach, to get away from it all and celebrate nature in the company of friends. Sporty lines and pop geometric prints includes in most of the pieces, in a bright fun colour palette which consisted of reds, oranges, turquoise and yellow.

Some of the inspiration for this collection, came from the fusion of sensitivity to ecology and a penchant for new technologies, which manifest in music evocative of the Anglo-Saxon singer song-writers of the 60’s or the latest digital music groups. Whether you’re planning to go to the beach, to the pool or just to lie down on the sand, Punto Blanco bikinis and swimming trunks, in plain colors or with a geometric print, are made perfect for this Spring/Summer 2013.
